What areas are served?


We serve all regions of France. For an additional fee, we offer express delivery.

How long does it take to deliver an order?


Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, excluding peak season. Delivery times may vary. Express delivery is available for orders over €100, subject to an additional charge.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?


We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your order isn't delivered on time, please let us know and we'll locate it. If the package cannot be rerouted within 24 hours, we'll refund your shipping costs.

Returns

Which items can be returned?


Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. They must be in their original packaging, unwashed, unused, and unworn. Of course, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will issue a full refund.

How much are the shipping costs for returning items?


You can return an item free of charge using our prepaid shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label to the original packaging, and send it to us.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?


For all gift refund requests, you must include a receipt. Gifts are processed like regular item returns, and you will receive a gift card for the current sale price of the item. Please note that gifts must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
